Unhurried Heart
17th - 21st May

Unhurried Heart offers a pause long enough for the heart to become the organising centre. An invitation for those ready to slow the pace and let something more essential lead. Shaped with clarity and care, this retreat weaves together reflection movements, and creative process to support rest, integration, and personal insight.

Retreats have been a central part of my life and work for many years. I’ve spent decades participating in, designing, and leading them, and have come to see how time away from the pace of daily life can recalibrate something essential. These gatherings offer space to pause, breathe, and reorient — to return to what feels real and sustaining.

Each retreat is shaped with clarity and care, weaving together reflection, movement, and creative process to support rest, integration, and personal insight. I teach in various locations across Australia, both independently and in collaboration with other teachers, creating experiences that balance depth with accessibility.

The retreats are designed for anyone wanting to slow down and reconnect — to step outside routine long enough to listen inwardly, restore equilibrium, and return to life with renewed steadiness and perspective.

I acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which I live and work, and pay my respects to Elders past and present.

I honour their deep connection to Country and the enduring wisdom held within these lands.
