About me

I am a psychotherapist specializing in Internal Family Systems (IFS), with extensive experience supporting people to understand, navigate, and heal their inner world. My work is rooted in the principles of IFS, offering a safe, structured, and compassionate approach to exploring the parts of ourselves and cultivating self-leadership.

Alongside therapy, I draw on somatic practices, yoga, Qigong, and the creative arts, creating an integrated approach that nurtures insight, embodiment, and personal growth. I teach and facilitate retreats, workshops, and classes that invite people to engage deeply with body, breath, and mindful awareness. These practices are grounded in both ancient embodied traditions and contemporary evidence, supporting people to cultivate self-understanding, regulate and harmonize their nervous system, and integrate insight into everyday life.

Through creative processes, guided movement, and mindful practices, participants explore and embody insights in ways that are experiential, tangible, and transformative.

As an artist and art therapist, I bring imagination, sensitivity, and presence to all aspects of my work. Whether in therapy, retreats, or workshops, I aim to create spaces that are professionally grounded, deeply attuned, and personally nourishing—supporting people to live with greater clarity, connection, and self-understanding.
