My work as a psychotherapist is grounded in helping people develop a clearer, kinder relationship with their inner world. I bring steadiness and genuine presence to each session, creating a space where you can safely explore what feels complex or unresolved. At the heart of my approach is a trust that every person carries the capacity to heal and grow when met with the right conditions.
I work primarily within the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and am trained to Level 3. Through this approach, I support people to get to know the different parts within them and to build trust within their internal system. We approach these parts with curiosity and compassion—especially the ones that work hard to protect but sometimes create inner tension or disharmony. Over time, this process allows for deeper understanding, softening, and a more harmonious relationship within.
My background in Art Therapy adds another layer of depth and sensitivity to the process. When words don’t quite capture what’s needed, creative or embodied exploration can offer another language for insight and integration. These methods complement IFS beautifully, helping people translate inner awareness into real-life change.
My approach is both structured and intuitive, guided by the IFS framework while allowing for the natural unfolding of each person’s process. This work often brings clarity, self-trust, and a more grounded way of being—resources that extend well beyond the therapy space and into daily life.
About Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy

IFS therapy offers a way of understanding yourself more deeply. Rather than pushing away parts that feel difficult or overwhelming, we turn toward them with curiosity and care. Each part has a role and an intention—even when they feel conflicting.
The goal is not to get rid of any part of you, but to create a more cooperative inner system. Protective parts can soften, and vulnerable parts can be met with the compassion they need. This opens space for more clarity, compassion, and choice in daily life.
IFS is a gentle yet powerful approach. It supports transformation that feels safe and sustainable, helping people grow in balance, resilience, and the ability to live in a more Self-led way—even if that felt out of reach at the beginning.

Getting Started
All sessions are offered online. If you’re interested in working with me, you’re welcome to get in touch and I’ll respond with available times. I also offer a complimentary introductory phone call if you’d like to connect first, though this is optional.
As part of our first contact, I like to hear a little about you and what you’re seeking, so we can make sure this feels like the right fit for the work.
