Maddy designs her yoga sessions like a care package for each of her students. She thoughtfully crafts each sequence to offer a well-rounded experience—one that is both gently challenging and deeply soothing. With clear, concise guidance and a focus on individual needs, Maddy offers options throughout to ensure everyone feels supported. Her intention is always that students leave feeling more present, connected, and balanced.

Yoga with Maddy

Maddy's classes are a direct product of her own love and deep appreciation of yoga. As a lifelong yoga practitioner herself, she is constantly inviting her students to find their own discoveries of their bodies, minds and hearts. Not only drawing upon the ancient art of yoga, but her classes are full immersion into a range of traditional eastern practices. Maddy is always pursuing the clearest pathway to guide her students through creative and rewarding sequences.

2025

Maddy is taking a year away from Lutrawita, Tasmania in 2025 and will not be teaching face to face classes. If you would like to practice with Maddy in other ways, she will be teaching on various retreats this year and also offering online classes. Let Maddy know you if you are keen to learn more.
