Yoga
My yoga sessions are designed like a care-package for each of my students. I take time in creating each sequence to provide a rounded experience that is both challenging and soothing. It is always my aim to tend to the needs of every individual, offering options along the way and providing clear and concise instructions. Ultimately I hope that everyone leaves feeling more present, connected and balanced.
Group Classes
Maddy's classes are a direct product of her own love and deep appreciation of yoga. As a lifelong yoga practitioner herself, she is constantly inviting her students to find their own discoveries of their bodies, minds and hearts. Not only drawing upon the ancient art of yoga, but her classes are full immersion into a range of traditional eastern practices. Maddy is always pursuing the clearest pathway to guide her students through creative and rewarding sequences.
Where When How
Maddy's classes are held in a different location to her private practice. They are in South Hobart at the Soho Living Arts Centre.
Maddy has a longstanding group of committed students, who receive first preference in enrolments. However, Maddy is always keen to support newcomers looking for somewhere to deepen their yoga practice. As class spaces are limited, Maddy maintains a waitlist and makes every effort to ensure people receive a spot when one becomes available.

Enrolments are open to students who have already received confirmation of availability in their chosen class.
