About me
I am a psychotherapist specializing in Internal Family Systems (IFS), with extensive experience supporting people to understand and heal their inner world. I also integrate somatic practices, yoga, qigong, and the creative arts to offer an embodied and holistic approach to self-awareness and growth. These practices support insight, presence, and transformation—whether in therapy, retreats, or workshops.

Through IFS therapy, I guide people to understand and relate to their inner parts, navigate complex internal patterns, and reconnect with their core Self. Sessions are tailored to your needs—whether you are seeking deeper self-understanding, personal growth, or a more grounded and integrated sense of inner balance. The approach is grounded, skillful, and compassionate, supporting clients to build clarity, self-trust, and resilience, while cultivating presence and alignment within themselves. This work supports lasting change, helping clients engage with life more clearly and confidently.
Small, immersive retreats and workshops offer opportunities for self-exploration, personal growth, and embodied insight. These experiences integrate reflective practices, gentle movement, and somatic work such as yoga and Qigong, helping participants translate awareness into lived experience. Each retreat and workshop is carefully facilitated to provide space for reflection, connection, and personal transformation, supporting participants to bring clarity, presence, and integration into daily life.
Embodied practice is a foundation of my work. Through yoga and Qigong, I support people in connecting with their body and breath as a pathway to balance and resilience. These traditions are not offered as exercise alone, but as therapeutic practices that regulate the nervous system, ease tension, and help integrate insights from therapy into daily life.
I currently weave yoga and Qigong into my retreats and workshops, and at times into individual sessions. In the near future, I plan to return to more regular teaching.
